My sister and I helped our mother clean the house up for Thanksgiving. We also helped our mother make the delicious food that we have every single Thanksgiving. My sister and I also help decorate the house for Christmas, bake yummy treats, and putting up the outdoor lights. Christmas is one of our favorite holidays. My elf on the shelf has seen my sister and I really trying to work hard this year because last year we were ok. We still got a few good presents but we want to do even better this year! We have been doing our chores, help clean our rooms and even walk the dog!

I work at a McDonalds Drive thru on the overnight shift and EVERY night i choose 1 to 5 people and i buy their meal 4 them. I love the warm fuzzies i get and i also hope that the act plants a seed of thoughtfulness in people and perhaps they will "pay it forward" and do something nice for someone else! HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!

Christmas is a time to be thankful for any blessings that God has given us. It is nice to get new things as presents but the things we can't buy such as having a family, unity, and other non-material things is much more valuable.
