While at the checkout line in Vons; a lady started a conversation with me by asking about the bottled salsa Verde that I was buying - if it tasted good? To which I replied yes; she then asked me in which aisle she can find it – since I had two I decided to give her one of mine so she wouldn’t lose her place in line.

Last year close to Christmas while shopping I took my daughter and nephew each with a bag of little cars for the boys and reindeer purses for the little girls. I had them hand them out to random little boys and girls. I wanted to show my daughter and nephew the feeling of true Christmas; the great feeling they get when they give and how they where able to make so many kids smile as well as adults.

While at school, I try to get someone else's bookbag for them from the closet where we store our backpacks for the day.

Also, just being kind to others really makes every human being feel very happy and joyful. Spread the joy! Merry Christmas!

WOW! That is really nice! Something else you could do is make little foam snowmen to pass out to your class! Because this morning I was feeling kind of blue. Then my best friend Amber did that and she just made my day! I am still so happy that I am wearing my Christmas hat! And I will spread the joy as much as I can! Scroll down and see my story! Merry Christmas!

I buy the person in the car behind me, at a drive-thru, their order. I pay the cashier when I pay for mine.

I will also do this with the customer behind me at starbucks.

I tell them it would be nice for them to pass the kindness on to someone else.

WHAT!! That is very brave! I will pass kindness on to someone else too! But I do not have much money! But I will still help! Merry Christmas!

11/28/2011 3:37:25 PM. - Laura - Jary, TX

Not brave, I am just very blessed and I like to give.
I make $10/hr, and probably hit a drive-thru once a month.
The Starbucks...probably the same, once a
Month.
My joy is giving.
;-)

During a recent shopping trip, I noticed a young couple crouching in a corner just outside the entrance to the department store. After entering the store, the Lord stopped me in my tracks to go back outside to them. I asked if they were homeless to which the young woman answered yes, and then asked if they needed something to eat and again got an affirmative answer. I handed them all of the money in my wallet, disappointed that there was not as much as I had thought, missing was a $20 bill. When leaving the store I asked if they had gotten something to eat, they responded with “not yet but we are going to the KFC buffet”.

While on route to our next destination, I continued to wonder what had happened to the $20 bill that had been in my wallet. Continuing to search, I found it and immediately had the driver do a U-turn so that we could take it back to them. We found them at the KFC, and had my niece take it to them with the message that Jesus loves them. This made my day and brought Glory to the Lord, who provided me with the means to do this random act of kindness.

I went to the homeless shelter and met a lady and her two kids. I came back two- weeks later with gifts and clothing for them but the lady and the kids did nor want them! They said all they want for X-mas is for Me and everyone to have and expirience the true meaning of X-mas! That touched me so much that I bout Charlie Brown trees for 10 families!

Here is my random act of kindness! At my local food store there is a Christmas tree that has tags on it. All of those tags are angel tree kids. The angel tree kids are poor. So I took two tags of the tree. Soon I will get a present for them. My mom is doing a boy named Justin. I am doing a girl named Shirley. They are both six years old. and want anything. I picked them because they are not greedy, and that means they understand the true meaning of Christmas. Merry Christmas Justin and Shirley!
