I stopped at Sonic on my way home from Christmas shopping and ordered a quick snack. I was missing my mom who died just a little over a year ago. The waitress brought my food, I paid and told her to keep the change. She thanked me and said, "I almost have enough now." I asked what she meant, and she said if she got enough tips to pay for a tank of gas, she was going to drive to Louisiana to see her mom the next day. So I gave her $20. She got tears in her eyes and thanked me profusely. I explained to her that I missed my mom a lot, and I would certainly want to go and see her if she were still living.

This year instead of giving my family prestents I desided to give a family at church who is a single mom with 5 gifts instead. I have 6 people in my family so the money I would spend of them I used for these childrena nd there mom istead. There family was so happy and thankful. I wish everyone took some time out of there holiday season to help someone else out. This world whould be such a better place if we did.....

that is really sweet! im sure your family will understand why you dont have a lot of money because you gave that mom at the church some presents you bought for her and her kids to share on cristmas and then many hours to play with them.
