Be more ready to give on christmas than to recive!!
Be ready to help those ineed of help!!
forgive those who did wrong and specially on christmas because it's the day when the one who forgave us all put his self on the cross for us.

Always try to do the right thing even when your parents don't see you:-)
love others.

It's important to focus our attention on who the Christmas holiday is truly about.

Well it snowed heavily today on the last day of school and as I was taking trash out I saw that a few of the teaching staff were having trouble clearing the snow and ice from their vehicles. I got my ice scaper helped those teacher that were there and then went on to clear ice and snow from all the vehicles left in the car park, about tweleve cars in all. They were all surprised that their cars were clear when they came out of the buildings and all wished me a merry christmas -nice

It was Veterans Day and while standing on line for a lunch buffet (Golden Corral)two young men were in front of me on line. They were veterans and thought the free lunches for veterans were on that day. Golden Corral said the day for free lunch was Monday next. They had no money to pay and tried to pay with a credit card that didn't work. I was very happy to pay for their lunches and thanked them for their service to our country.

That was a very patriotic way of thanking them for their service.

A young man came into a Starbucks while I was there enjoying my latte and he asked for a free drink. He told the clerk he as diabetic but had no money to purchase a drink. He threatened to steal a pop and run and the clerk threatened to call the police. As you can imagine the discussion escalated until I finally got up spoke to the young man and purchased his drink for him. I wished him luck in finding a job in Halifax and smiled at the sales clerk.

One day I was walking along the sidewalk when I found a wallet with a very very large amount of money. There were thousands of dollars in it. I turned it into the police and later found out that a man who had a business had lost his wallet with all his employee's wages. I was glad to know that people got their wages that week.

Some people would be tempted to keep the contents of that wallet for themselves if they had found it. The business owner and his employees should be extremely grateful for your honesty and decency.

We had two snowfalls this week (early for our area). Both time my two teen guys shoveled the driveway for our neighbor across the street as random acts of kindness! They also shoveled our own driveway. The first snowfall they also did the driveway of another couple down the street. Way to go, guys!!

I just received a letter from a parent who wrote that I gave her child another year of believing in the Spirit of Christmas!! Everyone should be able to believe that giving to others spreads kindness--which is what this website is all about! Merry Christmas to one and all!

And also to you.

During the winter time as I see people having trouble getting out of there stall from all the snow. I would shovel the snow and chip it to make it nice and smooth. All i would want back is a thank-you and a nice big Hug

11/20/2011 12:32:59 PM - Kay - USA

That is very nice. Good job.
