This is not an act of kindness that I had the priviledge of doing, however, it is several acts of love, kindness, and charity that has been shown to my family and I.

This past Aug. 09 I was let go from my employment and not only was I let go but I was falsely accused of something that I could never do. Now, not only do I have to find new employment (my name seems to have been black listed here...I can't find suitable employment anywhere) but I also have to defend myself over and over of these lies being perpetrated against me. Anyway, this could go on. I am the main bread winner for my family and so needless to say things have been extremely tight. So, tight we have not been able to even get one small gift for my two little girls (7 and 4 yrs old).

My church knows we are in quite a bind and have been helping with food and paying our mortgage. If this was not enough already, my friends and family have been such angels to my little family of 4. My girls will have a better christmas because of the generousity, love, and kindness shown to us. We have been blessed so overwhelmingly with the Spirit of Christmas, everytime I think about all that we have been blessed with I start to cry, not for sadness but only for the thankfulness and love that has filled my heart to overflowing.

I can't wait until one day my husband and I are in a place where we will be able to help and show forth the true Christmas Spirit to all of those around us, whom our Heavenly Father shows us needs help.

I am awestruck and so thankful that words are not adequate enough to fully express my feelings and thoughts on all the love and kindness that has been shown to us. Thank you to all and may each of us have a truely blessed, memorable, and a happy and joyous Christmas. With all my love. V-

Merry Christmas V! Don't let anyone drag you down this holiday. I am so glad your community has stepped in to help. There are truly alot of angels in this world that we don't even know exist waiting to give a helping hand. We all need to remember Christ and the true meaning of the holiday. May you & yours be blessed this Christmas and all of the years to come. God truly loves us all!

For seven years now, my family and I have been giving little things, ie: old clothes, bags, rice, canned goods, noodles, toys and packed foods, to the Filipino natives in Bukidnon, Philippines. We are not rich, but what little we have is a lot of blessings for those who have none. One candy/biscuit/bread is a big joy to the kids who have nothing at all... Merry Christmas!

Just being nice to someone. A random act of kindness is showing that you care in just the tiniest way. Like helping someone if they drop their things or trying to cheer someone up when they're feeling down. Even smiling at someone is a Random Act Of Kindness! Smiles are contagious. So is laughing. If you start laughing, more people will hear you and laugh, and people will hear them laughing and so on and so forth. Be nice! That is a random act of kindness.

What a blessing. I am sure he has taught you a lot. My nephew also has autism and he has truly been a blessing to us all. He has taught us the gift of love, laughter and patience. Each time we are in his presence there is a light I can't explain, nevertheless, he has truly enlightened us. Keep up the good work!
