Cherry Creamcheese Pie

It is a family favorite and a hit at any bring a dish party you go to. Never any leftovers to bring home.

Instructions

1 8oz cream cheese (room temp)
1 1/2 cup powder sugar

cream these together

add 1 frozen small tub cool whip (still frozen for best results)

mix just don't overdo as we don't want the cool whip to completely melt.

you can use a store bought Graham cracker crust or line the bottom with your own mix

crumbled grahams add 1/4 cup melted butter and pat out sprinkle with a little sugar bake about 10 min in 350 oven

put your favorite fruit mixture in shell saving some of the juice to use for pretty drizzle on the top.

now carefully spread the creamcheese mixture over the fruit and drizzle with the remaining juice and a fruit or 2.

I also just put in a dish and make it a crustless dessert and they love it either way.
