Lowfat Yogurt & Salsa Dip

Use hot or mild salsa depending on your mood! Also makes a great topping for baked potatoes.

Yields 3 cups.

Ingredients

2 cups plain lowfat yogurt
1 cup of your favorite tomato salsa
tortilla chips

Instructions

Combine yogurt and salsa. Mix well. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or crudite.
