I was sitting next to a lady the other night and was talking when she started to cry. I put my arm around her and asked what the matter was. She told me her 12 year old daughter was just diagnosed with a stage 4 canceres brain tumor and she had just had surgery. She asked if I would pray with her. I told her yes and we prayed right there in public. I had never met the woman before but I told her if she needed anything to let me know. Please if anyone out there is a praying person, pray for this young girl and her family. It is the easiest act of kindness.

I paid for a Christmas tree at an outside stand and told the guy to please let someone he thinks needs or deserves it pick out the one they like and take it home.

We had a big snowstorm yesterday. There was a woman there that I knew didn't have a car and she had walked to church that morning in the snow. I gave her a ride home.

Yesterday at church, I was prompted by the Holy Spirit to buy Matchbox cars. My husband and I went to our local super grocery store and got a 10 pack(hey, they were on sale). At the checkout I still had NO idea what I was suppose to do with them. As we were walking out I noticed a man & woman with 3 young children, one of them a boy. I told the father why I'd purchased the cars then stuck them into his cart with instructions to give them to his son! I felt SO blessed!
