Each Christmas I set up the Nativity Collection at my church for our Church family to enjoy during the holidays. We have over 300 Nativities in our collection. It took me 16 hours to display all of the beautiful Nativites. We have over 21 countries that are represented in our collection. It warms my heart each and every year.

I helped make ornaments for my friends at the Senior Center. This wasn't a required volunteer service,I just wanted to help so they could fill their trees.

every year me and friends go around our neighborhoods and collect cans then we turn the cans in and get money we then collect all the money from everyone and give it to a fundraiser. we give to different one each year.

I was at school today, and in the lunch room. I saw that a girl was sitting alone and looked like she was having a bad day. So instead of sitting by all of my friends, I went over and sat and talked with her!

When I was in the front seat of my mom's car I saw a cat. It was really strange looking so I told my mom to stop the car. I ran out picked up the cat and it had a can on its head and it was really skinny. I carried it to my car and we drove home. I took the can off its head and fed it. Heres the sad part. A few week later I saw skinny cat dead on the side walk. I cried so hard! (poor can-head)

I have a facebook friend, whose Bible had been lost or stolen. She needed a large print Bible, and didn't have the means to buy a new one. I happen to have one, so I am sending it to her. Everyone needs a Bible!

FOUR YEARS AGO I WENT TO A YARD SALE OF A PERSON WHOM WAS HAVING FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES DUE TO HEALTH PROBLEMS AND HAD TO CLOSE THEIR BUSINESS. IN ORDER TO SURVIVE THEY SOLD A LOT OF THEIR COLLECTIONS AND KEEPSAKES. KNOWING ALL THIS I BOUGHT A NATIVITY SET FROM THEM. WHEN I TOOK THE SET OUT TO DISPLAY THEM I HAD THIS GUILT FEELING COME UPON ME. I DIDN'T FEEL RIGHT ABOUT SETTING IT OUT BECAUSE WHEN I SET IT UP I SAW A SIGNATURE ON IT WITH A DATE, SO IMMEDIATELY I FELT THAT THIS SET MUST HAVE MEANT SOMETHING TO THEM BUT SURVIVAL MUST HAVE MEANT MORE TO THEM AT THE TIME SO THEY DECIDE TO GET RIDE OF IT DUE TO THEIR CONDITIONS. MY HEART FELT FOR THEM AND I IMMEDIATELY SAID IT'T STILL THEIRS AND I WILL RETURN IT BACK, MY CONSCIOUS WOULDN'T LET ME KEEP IT. SO I RECENTLY MET THEM IN A GROCERY STORE AND TOLD THEM I WOULD RETURN IT BACK TO THEM. THEY DIDN'T FEEL I SHOULD BECAUSE I PAID GOOD MONEY FOR IT AT THE TIME AND I TOLD THEM I COULD'T SET IT OUT THAT I DIDN'T FEEL RIGHT ABOUT IT. SO I RETURNED IT BACK TO THEM A WEEK AGO AND THEY SENT ME A THANK YOU CHRISTMAS CARD AND NOTED IN IT THAT IT HAD A FAMILY HISTORY ABOUT IT SINCE 1940. I FELT SO GOOD I COULD GIVE THEM BACK WHAT WAS THEIRS IT CERTAINLY MEANT A LOT MORE TO THEM THAN ME AND IT MAD THEIRS' AND MY CHRISTMAS A LOT BRIGHTER. MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL.
